I am able to produce an excellent range of moist bespoke cakes from rich fruit cakes, vanilla sponge cakes, chocolate cakes, lemon, carrot and eggless for people with vegetarian requirements.

I am best known for my creativity through specially crafted intricate piping techniques and sugar paste modelling skills which create extravagant looking novelty cakes that will put a smile on anyone’s face.
