Cake order designs and colour may vary in detail from pictures displayed in the gallery. Edible colour pastes used in our cakes may also stain.

Ingredients and Allergen info:

Cakes contain raising agents, sulphites, wheat flour, dairy, gluten and egg (no egg in egg -free cakes)

Our cakes are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers due to preparation methods where nuts are handled.

Terms and conditions:

Wedding cake orders:

If you are not paying in full for your cakes using the website your cake will be booked once a 20% deposit has been made. The remainder of your balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. If full payment is not made, we will not complete your order.

Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order. Any balance paid after the deposit however can be refunded if cake is cancelled 2 weeks before the cake is due.

Making changes to your cake order:

If you wish to make any changes to your cake order within 2 weeks of your event date charges will incur.

Delivery to venue for cakes/wedding cakes:

Once we have delivered and or set up your cake and left the building we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the cake thereafter.

Collection:

If you wish to collect your order, you must keep to the agreed time and date. Once collected the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the cake once it has left our premises.

Cake decorations:

Cake decorations and toppings can at times dislodge from the cake. If that happens please inform us as soon as possible and we will offer remedies. If you are still unsatisfied then we may offer a part refund.
